Drove 30 min to my appointment, arrived on time. Dr. Kaufman was not even in the office at noon. 2 patients were ahead of me and Dr. Kaufman was doing who knows what, maybe a nice round of golf. So if you want to wait indefinitely Dr. Kaufman's the guy to see.....

Very detail oriented and thinks outside the box . Was able to help with parkinsonisms and send me to very helpful visual therapist for my dizziness.

Dr Kaufman is the type of doctor that is totally present when he is with you. He offers his full attention and never rushes through the appointments. Very thorough, very genuinely concerned, intelligent, and highly skilled. The office is very accommodating and works with Dr Kaufman’s untraditional approach to patient appointment times.

I read through the other reviews here, and chuckle at the dissatisfied patients who are all about the wait time. Dr Kaufman does NOT run on the General Practitioner's rule of spending 6 minutes with a patient, and quickly moving on! If your condition is not important enough to you to wait , by all means, suit yourself. If you want a meaningful exam and plan for your condition, wait a bit. YOU shall benefit. I seen by Dr Kaufman for more than a year; shall continue as long as needed. Recommend!

Your appointment will be at least 2 hours late. You have to accept it or find another doctor. He spends A LOT of time with his patients, so he's always late. If you have a minor medical issue, find another neurologist. Dr. Kaufman specializes in "weird" cases. If you are weird enough to warrant Dr. Kaufman, you shouldn't mind waiting. He's extremely compassionate, intelligent and thorough. He is worth the wait if you need a neurologist who thinks outside the box.

If you value your time, do not schedule with this doctor. We had a 3:40 appointment and were told upon arrival that the doctor was running 90 minutes behind. When I asked why the office didn't call to let us know, I was told it was my responsibility to call ahead to check. Since we had an appointment later that would not allow us to wait, I was told the next appointment would be 8 weeks out. We are now seeing a physician at Barrow. There is more to this story, but just trust my review.

I have had 4 Apts. with Dr. Kaufman. Being under his care is a blessing. He takes time & listens to who you are & how he can treat your condition. For the people that complain about waiting, I guess they did not read the Doctor's letter, explaining his practice which was enclosed in the new patient packet. The staff is very nice. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman. I do not have to follow up for a year. I will look forward to sharing time with him again. Happy Days Sunny Skies!!!!

After waiting in the office for 2 hours. We Walked Out. This was our second visit, similar experience the first time, Do your self a favor, if you value your time, I would strongly recommend you go else where. This man has "ZERO RESPECT FOR YOU OR YOUR SCHEDULE. OBVIOUSLY in business for your money Neither he nor the staff show any regard or respect for people keeping appointments. Might just as well do away with schedules and make it a walk in business!!!!! Like a barbershop???
