Works well long distance. I've never met this man but he instills confidence and was able to sell my property VERY quickly and for an excellent price! I would definitely recommend this realtor for the Whatcom County, Washington State area. He and his team know their business and produce excellent results!

Oh man this guy is thorough. Every minut aspect of your home will be addressed. This will include what may not have been required at the the time the home was built, but common practice now. We had Peregrine for a pre inspection prior to selling, and it let us know areas needing attention we were unaware of.
