Sebastian and his crew were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Having used Sesmas for many years, I had no concerns about the work being done exactly as I wanted it. Overall, Sesmas continues to be the best tree company I've used.

If I could give a zero star, I would! I accepted a stump grinding proposal on July 5th. No one contacted me until 7pm on July 11th via email. The email was not sent to ask me which date was good for me, but to Inform me they were coming tomorrow!! They didn't care if we were going to be home or not. I have never encountered a company that's so unprofessional!!! I emailed back and asked when I should expect the crew. The answer was "I don't know". I had a fantastic experience with Sesmas Tree Service, specifically Crew 3 and Cameron. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Cameron did an excellent job scheduling my service—he was responsive, clear with communication, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. they came out to my neighbors house , cut a big dead pine tree and let it fall across the street and into my yard and shrubs . I just picked up 159 freakin pine cones that fell in my yard from this pine tree ! Who does this ? No good company does this ! Use Arbor Force Tree cutters ... they don't cut trees and let them fall in others' yards !!!!

My husband and I hired Sesmas to cut down and remove a large tree from our property during the build of our new home. We signed our agreement with them on 11/20/24. They took the tree down soon after, and the fell tree remained on our property until 3/14/25. Over the course of these four months waiting for the job to be completed, we reached out multiple times in an attempt to communicate about our upcoming construction deadlines to work with the company and complete the job.
