We recently had a toilet supply line break and flooded half of our house. We called Servpro and they responded very quickly. Within two hours they had a team of at least ten people at our house with all manner of equipment to dry the floors and subfloor. The process took several days because the subfloors and areas under our cabinets had gotten wet. They were there every day checking on the status and making sure things were proceeding as expected. Would not hire again. After my insurance company paid them for pack out and mitigation they notified my insurance company they could not do the restoration. So here I am at the holidays trying to find a company to rebuild the inside of my home. They didn’t have the decency to call me and tell me went directly to the insurance company. Everyone was very kind and efficient.
We had an AMAZING experience with Servpro and their reconstruction team. Heather Sellers was fabulous in organizing the team to fix our garage, outside utility room and inside laundry room that had a massive pecan tree fall into it. Jeffrey Wickham and his crew put the damaged areas back to original shape. The electrician did a good job replacing all damaged lighting. J and J roofing did a very good 1 day job.
