While it was in unfortunate circumstances, we cannot recommend SERVPRO enough. We first spoke with Monique who was very friendly, charming, and kind. She took a great care in our situation and was even able to bring a bit of humor to the situation. We then had Deon come who led the clean up project along with several of his co-workers. Servpro has had many organizational changes since my house was on fire in 2023 and apparently has new owners. The Servpro that I had to work with until very recently deserves a negative review. There are a few employees, of course, who were great (shout out to Antoinette, Wally and the rest of the storage staff, , sorry I don't know your names!).
