I had a leak that ruined my wood floors, requiring complete removal and replacement. Servpro handled both the remediation and reconstruction. I just wanted to thank the ServPro team, and particularly project manager Richard Adams, for his patience and willingness (going above and beyond) to educate and help me through the process. He made a tough situation easier and worked tirelessly to see the project through to the end. Thank you, Richard! You are the best!
While it was in unfortunate circumstances, we cannot recommend SERVPRO enough. We first spoke with Monique who was very friendly, charming, and kind. She took a great care in our situation and was even able to bring a bit of humor to the situation. We then had Deon come who led the clean up project along with several of his co-workers.
