Staff on the phone was excellent at answering my concerns and they were able to get a team out the same day. Crew arrived promptly, explained the whole process thoroughly, and got the job done in a timely matter. They worked directly with my insurance so the whole thing was seamless. Would highly recommend and would definitely use their services again.
What an amazing group of individuals working in the Servpro office! Would recommend to anybody with ANY emergency situation. Everybody was so nice on the phone when I had called about a flooded basement. Not only did they perform the services in a timely manner, but were all so well mannered and professional. I just received a call from Kevin at ServPro (9/15) a week after my initial call for service - I called ServPro on Thursday 9/10 in response to heavy flooding in the downstairs of my home - unfortunately like many home-owners in the DC area. I'm amazed that it took them a week to follow-up.
