I don't even know where to begin. My experience with ServPro of Vincennes was amazing. We had the unfortunate case of the flooded basement. From the moment ServPro picked up the phone I was greeted with great customer service and I felt like they really cared. We are hurricane Harvey victims living in Spring, Tx. ServPro of Vincennes came down and cleaned our home and the homes of some of our families and neighbors. We have rebuilding to do, but the feeling after the cleanup was incredible. These people work HARD! They treated our house like it was their own. They were respectful of our treasured items and try to find ways to restore them. By the end of the cleanup they had become like family. We can't thank them enough!
