They were there the next morning early and they were there for the next four days with dryers and dehumidifiers and everything that they needed to make sure my basement was safe and not going to grow mold and I really appreciate everything that they did. Last week SERVPRO of Vincennes came to my elderly mothers home and cleaned her duct work. Nick and Billy, the 2 techs that did it was great with her. They explained what they was going to do and was very kind to her and her dog! They took pictures of her ducts and showed it to her when they was finished. They cleaned up after themselves. We really appreciated the time they took with her. My mother suffers from allergies and breathing trouble. This has made a big difference in helping her breath better! Thanks!
We called ServPro of Vincennes at my Parent's house in Petersburg for a mold issue. Jon Michael came out for the initial visit, and he was so professional, but even more important, kind and caring. The types of issues that ServPro deals with are emotional for people, as they are working with people who have had damage to their homes. It was great to work with a company that made you felt you could trust and not be taken advantage of, and had such great customer service. Thank you ServPro!
