As y'all know, kids are fantastic & at times, expensive...especially when they decide to do things like unplug the washing machine and cause water damage in your basement:(. Luckily we caught the problem early, I called my good friend from ServPro of North Utah County, and someone came out to help us quickly. They gave us recommendations on how to cut the wholes in the ceiling (to help with airflow and water drainage), where to place the fans, and hooked us up with fans and a dehumidifier to help dry the water out. We just moved into a home that had very messy vents and had Servpro come and clean them. Such a big difference and such great people. The employees where so great with my kids. I feel like I can breath some cleaner air now.
We had a leak that was causing a fair amount of damage to our home. ServPro came out and got to work. They found the issue and helped us find a great plumber to fix the leak. Then they started removing all the damaged materials and got everything dried and ready for repairs. ServPro is a great company to work with. They were sympathetic and very considerate of our time and our situation. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone that is unfortunate enough to have a home disaster.
