Embarrassed to say that after a winter season of covered patio furniture, rats made a comfortable home on my outdoor sofa... what a mess!!! Mike and his team came out to get rid of the sofa and rugs and cleaned my patio. They went above and beyond. They did such a good job. I definitely recommend using them!!
My mom’s microwave exploded in the middle of the night this past week, and left a horrendous electrical fire smell and smoke throughout her entire house. After several days of me helping her clean her house with certain products specific for the problem and trying to get the smell out, she called ServPro in Thousand Oaks, and they sent out Mike. Can’t recommend Mike and his crew highly enough. We had a mold issue in our home and Mike was so very knowledgeable, very helpful and reasonably priced… and also just a really nice person. Mold sucks, but Mike and his crew made the whole process a lot more tolerable and relatively easy to get through. 5-stars and highly recommend!
Mike and Tom were excellent to work with in a difficult time. They came out the same day that I inquired to give me an estimate. When it came to the scope of work and how the remediation plan was carried out they were incredibly conscientious about saving me repair and material costs by only removing what they needed to. At the same time, they made sure to address the issue completely to prevent longer term effects. If you’re in a tough spot with water, smoke, mold etc this should be your first call.
Mike is the best! He came out quickly and was able to powerwash the balcony area thoroughly. We will definitely give him a call again if anything comes up.
