Servpro of St Joseph was contacted about a mold issue and were able to meet with me on the same day. They had one of their service representatives come out the next day and complete the needed remediation for the mold issue. Sean and Barry were at our home within hours of our call. They were very professional, explained everything they were going to do and gave us a time frame in which the job would be complete. They worked together as a team and accommodated all of our needs. I would highly recommend Serv Pro and Sean and Barry.
Great service! Every time (yes, multiple) they came to our house they were very professional and things were always done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Servpro to anyone in need of water clean-up or any service they offer. Thanks to Lucas we didn't need to tear out drywall.
