While they did well on one job, they are not following through with an estimate on another job. This second job is more urgent because it involves mold in my basement and I’m concerned about mine and my daughter’s health. I’m very disappointed that they are not following through by at least letting me know they won’t be providing the estimate they promised. Confusing and frustrating. Won’t be using them again.
