Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from ServePro of Springfield / Branson. Dec 2019 I had a house fire. Management has turned over since Dec and no one knows anything. Im still looking for missing possessions...ServePro is no help. They ignore me since my bill has been paid in full. The manager Dan is a joke. He has no clue of conversations we had just a week prior. I only used them for fire cleaning and demo down to the studs. They billed for more than what they did, a little over $1000.00. We had a mold remediation done on a house we bought about 1.5 years ago. They did a great job and I recently called them because my daughter was having issues with getting sick a lot and Dan came out and inspected the house (even though we weren't under warranty) and did an air sample. I am very impressed with the customer service Dan provided as well as the office staff. Very professional and I will recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a company to help with this kind of thing.
