The absolute worst contractor I have ever dealt with! They came out to my grandmother (who is on social security) single wide trailer as there was moisture at the bottom of the sheet rock in two rooms. They removed the bottom four feet sections in each room and said they thought it was a plumbing leak. A plumber that they referred came out removed the tub said there was no plumbing leak. I at that point had a job that I had to goto in North Carolina and was unable to oversee and assumed that my grandmother was in good hands. I returned a month later the exposed studs were sprayed with kilz, the tub was reinstalled, and they had removed their dehumidifiers. They had told my grandmother that it was ok to reinstall sheetrock everything was good to go. That was so far from the truth! I had the walls sheetrocked, mudded, and painted. I also put new floors in my grandmother's as she did not have the money cause of the $5,000 loan that she had to take out to pay servpro for demoing six pieces of sheet rock, spraying the kilz, and running a dehumidifier. Oh and for a plumber that found no plumbing issue. About a month later I noticed that the sheetrock was starting to have moisture at the bottom again. I called them and they said they weren't sure why. They thought the plumber fixed it. So the foreman came out and again cut a large section of sheet rock and said "it's a roof issue" So now I nor my grandmother have the money to repair the roof after the renovations that was put in and servpros $5,000 charge. So rather than making it like it never happened they made it worse! My grandmother and myself dumped money into servpro and renovations they gave the thumbs up to. Now she is right back to the same place as she was before they got there minus about $8,000. They refused to refund any money as they said they don't fix any leaks or do any repairs they only advise to use their subcontractors and they remove moisture. I argued that they couldn't have removed the moisture if

I've used this company twice to dry out leaks from water pipe ruptures. I found them to be very professional. They tore out the damaged materials, cleaned up everything, installed drying equipment, and came daily to monitor the moisture levels until everything had dried out completely. Every employee conducted themselves in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others.
