RecommendedServPro has been wonderful to work with. I had a bad flood from a sewer overflow in my finished basement. They were at my house quickly to assess damage and cleanup, inventory, move, and store all of my belongings. The repairs team came in behind and made the rebuilding process easy for me to navigate and even helped me communicate with my insurer and the plumber fixing my sewer issue. I highly recommend ServPro of Salem West for all of your cleanup and repair needs.

We had a mold job done in Depoe Bay Oregon. Willark Park #40. I highly doubt this will ever make your actual on line review. However, this was by far the worst and unprofessional sevice. The molding was left ripped off in places never even serviced. It was spralled all over the house along with their mess. The overall job was shabby. For the money we spent I would at the very least expected the remains of the job to be hauled away. I have used this company now twice. They have been AWESOME each time. The guys are very friendly and professional. The office staff is AWESOME too. I have used them for 2 different services and each time they have been awesome at finding the problem and finding the solution. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN.

We had a fire memorial weekend and servpro came to do inventory and documentation. we requested Hilda Wase to come only and were very very happy with her work ethics and her making sure we got everything documented. Our names are Janet Sterba and Phil Adams.
Through one of the most difficult times in our lives Servpro was there. Post fire in an adjoining business they saw to it that our space was ready in time for reopen. What would usually take months took only six weeks and they did a great job. Thank you Chad and team!
The team at Servpro did a great job restoring our garage and laundry room after a broken pipe led to water damage. From the water mitigation stage led by Jay P. to the restoration explained by Mike and led by John and completed by Daryl, everyone was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and completed the job well. Melinda did an excellent job keeping me informed and answering my questions.
John, Chance, and Tim did an amazing job with our ceiling. They were always on time, kept the cost low, and worked with what we wanted. John even helped us navigate a challenging situation with our roofer. Would recommend and use them again if ever needed to again. Water damage and dry rot led to our room looking better then before we moved in! Now our favorite room in the house.
