I want to thank the entire team of Serve Pro that helped me through a difficult time recently. Everyone was awesome from start to finish. Dustin and Mike stayed until 8:30 the first night to get everything placed and in order! Tom answered all my many questions and was there every day to check progress and move things along efficiently. Everyone was respectful and kind even though they were working 110 %! I met Alvin Tennyson in line at a local burger place in Rolla, Missouri Actually, before line he opened the door for me, but just a brief encounter it was easily seen and heard as he discussed steps for cleaning the sidewalk at my home with me as we waited in line that he has a great passion for the company he works for And a lot of knowledge when it comes to cleaning. Servpro’s team was professional and responsive, and their initial cleanup work went smoothly. However, I was disappointed that the underlying cause of the moisture issue, cracks in the bathroom tile and grout wasn’t identified during their first visit. The problem returned, and I had to call them back out and now bring in another company to finish the job.
