Corey and Clinton We’re absolutely amazing in the midst of our terrible crisis that my husband and I had while we were on vacation for our anniversary trip out of the country. They got to us very promptly and we were able to get in our home the day of our anniversary, which we were very grateful for. Corey answered all my questions and is professional and really went above and beyond for us as well as Clinton did too. Very grateful for all their help and hard work.
My letter to the Servpro in regards to the service they provided after my basement flooded. I don’t write emails like this, so when I send one you know I mean it. This 5 star rating is for Megan only - she did a remarkable job and helped us tremendously. Prior to her taking over our account I didn’t have a good experience at all with ServPro. Megan took over and was so responsive and made sure we were updated and got taken care of as soon as possible.
We had a pipe break behind our wall in 2019 and it destroyed all of our floors, crawl space, and halfway up the walls! They came in quick and dried everything up, removed all the mold, and added a coating to keep any from coming back! We recently noticed insulation falling down and Robert and Mike came back to fix the issue! They were awesome to work with and we would definitely request them again next time! Great job guys!
