Mike Bone and his crew was quick to respond! They came in and got the job done. They were very respectful with myself and my belongings they had to move!
These guys came out quickly and were knowledgeable in what they were doing. Explained the process well and did what needed to be done. Matthew was the best!
Let me start by saying this review has two pieces with both good and bad. The good: They were quick to get onsite and begin the remediation process. They arrived with a full crew and began the demo operations to get everything dried out in an impressive manner. The bad: Initially we were given an approximate start time of 6 weeks to begin the repairs. Those 6 weeks turned in 17 weeks before they ever returned to begin the repairs.
