It's seems harder and harder to find reputable tradespeople any more. And getting them to show up is another problem. ServPro did exactly what they said they were going to do in the timeframe they said. Excellent communication and quality work. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Cannot recommend Servpro of Paducah highly enough. We were out of state when we experienced a significant sewage leak on our lower level. Servpro came out immediately and thoroughly cleaned the area and sprayed for toxins and odors. Matthew called me twice while cleaning to inform me of each step of the cleaning process. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. So grateful!
We had an upstairs bathroom leak into our ceiling, down a wall into our floor. Servpro arrived promptly, they were friendly, had great communication & were very professional. They had everything dried out in a few days & we’re able to work directly with our insurance, which was great.
Servpro was great with drying up/ repairing our water damage. They came out quickly to start the process and kept us up to date on the progress.
