If there was anything lower than a one, that’s what I would give this company. Water removal was not the greatest but the restoration was horrible. I am still finding things that are unacceptable. This week I found a vent cover that had been nailed to my new hardwood floor. When I managed to pry it up, I discovered a 30 gallon black garbage bag had been stuffed in the opening. We have been very impressed with ServPro from clean up to restoration. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms damaged in a flood, they arrived immediately and took care of the damage. They worked with us to choose finishes for repair and came when they said they would come. Thank you for getting us back into our house and for taking away the stress of a repair!

Very prompt & professional service. I discovered water damage on a holiday & within a few hours a team arrived at my house to start the process of drying everything out. They helped to move furniture & belongings from the damaged areas and provided a trailer for storage of belongings while repairs were being made. Highly recommend.
I found my floor had been saturated with water from my hot water heater on a Sunday evening. I called Serpro and within the hour, they had equipment being set up at my house to remove and dry the floor that was neccesary. They stayed diligent until my floor was dry and not just dry to the touch but making sure my floor got the right humidity levels. I couldn't compliment this company any better.
