Excellent customer service and quality work!
Matt serve tech came the same day I contacted serve pro for water damage in my basement. James and Juan came at the arranged time to remove wall treatments and treat for mole. Each person was friendly, respectful and informative about my basement issue. I was able to get my questions and concerns answered.
We had a quick response from our initial call. The technicians explained the steps and kept us informed.
Workers drying out the basement did a great job! Communication could have been better.
