Serv-Pro of Ottumwa/Oskaloosa completely dropped the ball! We had water damage and contacted them regarding immediate water mitigation services… they did come out to assess the situation, but never provided any equipment or services to help dry out the water damage. They only set up an “ACM” survey with a separate inspection company and nothing more. I had to do all the work of drying out the water damage myself.
