Thank you Servpro!! Our hot water heater broke in the middle of the night and Servpro came out at 2 am and helped us dry our basement and move our furniture. My husband was out of town and I needed help fast. Great company honest people, very helpful.
RecommendedBroken pipe late at night--very quick response to clean up standing water throughout our 6K sq. foot area building. Team was very responsive and made sure all water was gone out of carpet and brought in a sea of fans and dehumidifiers to make sure all was dry. Rodeana was the BEST and provided excellent customer service and handled all of the insurance questions and process!! I highly recommend ServPro NE.

A big thank you to the folks at Servpro. Like most people I’ve never had to deal with a big flood at my house and had no idea what to do. The Servpro people took care of everything, sucked out the water, moved my stuff and set their equipment. They explained everything to me and the customer service was just was great making me feel at ease. They took care of everything and connected me with a guy to help put back my pad and relay the carpet. 5/5 experience I would recommend them to everyone.
They were great! Would recommend them to anyone in the El Dorado area!!
I could not speak more highly of Pat and his Servpro team!! They saved our basement from extensive damage due to their responsiveness and knowledge. Out sump pump failed to work after many days of heavy rains where much of our town had water concerns. Pat's team was quick to respond and due to their timely work getting to our home, we had minimal damage. They were able to dry our walls in a very short amount of time. I can not thank Pat and Servpro enough!!!
This company went to my brother's house, looked at a puddle in their house and said, "your window is fine. You don't need our services for this." They were at the house for 5 minutes. After the ServPro tech left, the owner called and said he's going to send a bill for over $100. The owner of the company said "I'm not going to argue with you... the bill will be in the mail" and hung up. After calling back, he hung up on him again. This happened SIX TIMES! They are arrogant crooks. Beware.
