Servpro came to my rescue right away when I called with a slight emergency. A customer in my store got sick and we needed a clean up right away. Called and within 30 minutes someone was at the store and the mess was clean with a fresh lemony scent! Thanks so much!

After our basement flooded Servpro showed quickly and began working right away. The technicians were very professional and knowledge about what was going on. They even helped move things around in order to get things to dry faster. They set up equipment quickly and did an excellent job explaining its purpose and when they would pick it up. They also helped by sucking up the water from the sump pit so we could replace the pump. I would definitely use their services again in the future if ever needed.

My husband and I had a great experience using Servpro after the interior of our home was destroyed by water. They were extremely respectful and professional during this extremely stressful time. Danielle made sure we had access to our belongings in storage (if needed) throughout the four month period. Angie and Carrie (and many others) made sure our belongings were organized, cleaned or restored back to its original state. Outstanding service!! We had water in our finished basement caused by the power outage from the ice storm. The initial crew of Amber and Chris were helpful and professional. Amber gave us her cell number and always responded to our questions. Page came to check the equipment and moisture readings and was also very helpful and professional. The Operations Manager, Jim Cochran, came to pick up the equipment at the end. He was working in the field due to the high volume of people needing help from the storm. I just wanted to let people know about my only experience with this company. I did not use their services, but on October 7th, my family and I, along with about 20 other vehicles, were on our way to Cottonwood Cemetery to bury our family's patriarch. We were traveling all the way from Remmerts Funeral Home in East Peoria. During this long drive, a Servpro truck was one of only 2 vehicles that pulled over while our procession passed, and it was a long one. Terrible service from clean up dept. 5 weeks??? Dave is a terrible person to deal with. Not friendly or responsive. Although he rates his service here as a 5 star! If I wasn't renting this house, and at the mercy of my landlord's insurance co., I would have fired them on the spot! I've owned several houses and never had such poor service when I had water issues. However...the replacement and rehab person, Marty, is great! He delivers and responds to every need.
