Had ServPro come out to dry up the house and remove some walls after a water leak. They charged us for antimicrobial that they first said they sprayed on the walls, then changed it to floor (neither is true). They charged us for water extraction for carpeted areas, there’s no carpet in the house. When they got tired of us disputing fraudulent charges, they sent us a blanket invoice with no cost breakdown. ServPro is NOT an HONEST company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

we had Eric Henson and another gentleman come over to try to find what is causing my wife's allergies. they checked the entire house. could not find anything, but gave us a name of someone that will check the air quality. would recommend these to everyone.
they don't pay their bills
Servpro is a great company to work for. The employees take great pride in their work. There are not many places that take customer service so seriously. Servpro does it's best at customer service. I really enjoy helping people in their time of need.. That is why I have been in the industry for so many years. Servpro is my home and my family away from my real family. When we go into homes we truly take pride in what we do.
When our upstairs bathroom flooded their staff was quick to come out and get everything dried as quick as possible saving us money. Their staff is amazing and very friendly. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I will be calling them if something happens to my house again!!!
