My parents, 85 and 90 years old, had a house fire a few years ago. Servpro came out to assess and clean what could be salvaged. Unfortunately my parents did not keep pictures and records of all their belongings. Servpro took many items, even items my mother specifically requested they not take or 'destroy'. Servpro did the restoration of a leak coming from our toilet. First - It took them WAY too long to do the restoration (coming from someone who has replaced flooring) - they had two people working at our house as well as a project manager working on probably 700 square feet, and it took them over a week. We live on a slab, so when they replaced the flooring, they took the easy way out and just put the click and lock flooring directly on the concrete. We had a flood in our basement and as you can imagine, was very overwhelming and I didn't even know where to get started for this type of project. I used Servpro after my basement flooded in December of 2023. The technicians were great and did a wonderful job. I am writing this review, though, on Jodi, who handles the office. SHE IS AMAZING!! She went above and beyond with her customer service and I am so thankful for her attention to detail, kindness and fabulous personality. Jodi, you are a gem!

I had a pipe burst and Servpro came right out and handled the job quickly. The team was professional and hard working. I totally recommend!
