Many thanks to John our project manager and the crew of Martin, Jose, Salvador and Avery whom worked hard and tirelessly to clean up the water damage in our home. Total pros and very responsive!!
Our upstairs bathroom toilet over flowed and leaked into the carpet at the adjoining wall and also left water stains in the ceiling downstairs! Called SERVPRO @ 8am on a Sunday, they were out between 9-11 the same day. John and his team Martin & Salvador are doing an amazing job getting everything dried out so their Construction team can come replace baseboards, install new drywall in the ceiling, texture and paint! They are consummate professionals who quickly cordoned off the area and remediated mold from the dry wall--all while providing photographs of their work-in-progress. A final punctuation to their applied expertise came with the air quality results--Passed with flying colors. No one wants mold in their homes, it tends to be an awful affair.
