Where do I start? I will start by stating that I rarely write a review but this warranted it. I started with one leak and randomly selected SERVPRO due to the urgency factor. I got lucky. Starting with the remediation side, Damion came out and thoroughly explained what was needed and had remediation on site the next day. Everything went as planned and within budget. Great service! Arrived on site within a few hours. Came back daily for a week to check on store and equipment. Very professional and nice! Thank you Josh and Rob and the rest of Servepro team!
My brother and I work on properties for remodeling purposes, and we forgot to close all the valves while shutting off the supply line. Luckily everything was demolished by that time, but the house got wet. SERVPRO showed up with their fans and got the place dry in a few days. Thanks, hope I don’t have to call you again.
