I had a pipe burst Thursday so I called Servpro. Was told it was going to be the next morning before someone could come out. I called multiple times throughout the day Friday always being told "I was at the top of the list", now it's Saturday and I was just told it wasn't going to happen today.. Going on day three of flooded house. So much for an immediate emergency response.
