Please heed my advice. The new owners literally have no experience whatsoever and put all their misguided trust into the general manager who also has no experience in typical business practices, reconstruction or moral and ethical decision making. The technicians are not properly trained and their safety isn’t cared for so they go into dangerous environments without proper medical clearance, training and ppe which means not only is their health at risk but they can’t do the work properly. SERVPRO's Director of Customer Service, Juju Clayson-Feld, is truly amazing. She represents SERVPRO well! That is, if you have a problem, you can only hope it will be handled by someone with her capabilities and personality. Her tag line says it all: "When your home has a boo-boo, call Juju!"
Called Servpro to help with some water damage from a failed drain on our upstairs washing machine. .Very professional team, and great to work with. They did an excellent job with the repairs. Would definitely use again.
