Be fair and honest, placing a lien on my home because you're unable to get an invoice to a customer in a reasonable time frame ,pathetic. I've already recommended to my insurance company to never let another member get screwed by your company, in any state you operate in.

While I understand your frustrations with the timeline from when you received your final bill and the lien period, you did have your bill for a couple weeks before we hit our lien period. Our office did reach out to you to discuss the concerns that you had with the billing, but you were unwilling to take the time to go over any issues that you had. The State of Oregon only allows us a certain amount of time to file the lien notices, and this information was provided to you, and signed by you, before work began on your home. ... read more

Please heed my advice. The new owners literally have no experience whatsoever and put all their misguided trust into the general manager who also has no experience in typical business practices, reconstruction or moral and ethical decision making. The technicians are not properly trained and their safety isn’t cared for so they go into dangerous environments without proper medical clearance, training and ppe which means not only is their health at risk but they can’t do the work properly.
