Jason, Patrick, and the whole team were phenomenal. They were professional in all their interactions. They had immediate availability, answered all my questions, and even moved the heavy stuff out of the way. My building has COI requirements and work hour restrictions. They abided by everything. Can’t recommend enough!
My next-door neighbors had a flood in their bathroom and bedroom which seeped under my wall and the floorboards in my loft. Although I have reconstruction ahead of me, I must say that Servpro was really great about coming in in a timely fashion to work with me to dry up the mess and remediate any potential problems going forward. Aaron and Manuel are really consummate professionals. I hope no one ever has to go through this, but if you do have a flood, I highly recommend Servpro of Jersey City North.
