This company rates an absolute zero for customer service. They get a zero for speedy work. They get another zero for customer service. In fact, I can't think of anything positive to say about them at all. My condo association called ServPro of East Bellevue over a leak from my condo to the unit below. It was an extremely minor leak of less than five minutes. Even so, it took Servpro two days to set up fans and run them. Then they billed me an exorbitant amount...over $1000, including ... terrible customer service – Save yourself the headache. I will never call these people again. 3 Months of phone calls and the job is still not done.All I hear is how busy they are. I will hire someone to finish the job they were hired to do. "Like it never happened" what a joke!
