Serv Pro of Pittsburgh has been assisting us every day for the past week. Kevin Martin and his team have been fantastic! They have taken care of our issues, and Kevin has been here daily to check on the progress of drying out our kitchen floor and basement ceiling. They are courteous, professional, and reliable. I had a wonderful experience with SERVPRO. I had a severe water flooding issue and was a very stressful time and every single person helped make this process easier. Chris and his team were prompt and wonderful, thoroughly explaining to me everything they were doing and making sure everything was up to my satisfaction.
