Unfortunately we had a flood in our basement within 1 hour of calling Servpro had their team come out and extract the water from our carpets. They also set up fans and a dehumidifier which totally saved our basement! I can’t thank our service guy Shawn enough for all the hard work he did and also his patents. Christa was amazing too dealing with all of our questions and answering to our insurance company. Thanks again Servpro!!!!!

I had a flood incident at my home in September, 2016. It ruined almost my entire home. I was frantic because, of course, it occurred at night. I contacted ServPro (Dover/Middletown) and they were there quickly in just a little over 1hr. Dan and his crew quickly extracted the standing water and then began moving furniture, ripping up carpets and placing the large fans to dry the affected areas.
