Brian, Steven and Gerson did a great job on mold remediation. They were personable and professional. They answered my (many questions) patiently! Addition to review: Rick and Jamaar on the rebuild side were extremely helpful, too! I called both of them several times with questions which they answered to my satisfaction. Their team did a great job rebuilding a kitchen cabinet and repairing a wall. Worst experience ever. From horing crackhead day laborers to truckloads of missing furniture and collectibles.....now the work they're "contractors" did is falling apart! I guess the did the bare minimum on everything. Sink separating from counter tops, shelves and cabinets detaching from the wall, paint bubbling....you name and it's happening in our home. Servpro was very responsive from the time I contacted them on Sunday morning at 0200 in the morning all the way through the entire process. They were very easy to work with and they took all of the necessary actions to ensure all of the water damaged areas were handled.
