We hired Servpro through our insurance company after our basement flooded. At first, they seemed professional — they arrived quickly, did an evaluation, and started the cleanup. But after that, communication completely broke down. We didn’t hear from them for weeks, then suddenly received emails demanding payment and even threatening legal action. The job was never fully completed, and they collected payment immediately without following through. Overall, we regret hiring Servpro and would not recommend them.

I could not be more pleased with ServPro. From my initial contact with the office (Miranda, thank you!)to initial in-person assessment/inspection (Sean, General Manager) through the on-site check-in during the day of the project (Edwin, Production Manager) to the final inspection after completion of the work (by Edwin) and everything in between, including the demo team — clean up was great — I was 100 percent satisfied, and then some (one minor glitch during demo, that I discovered afterwards, was resolved at final inspectio... read more
