I called ServPro for an emergency roof repair recently and talked to a woman named Alison on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful! Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). John and Matt came out to do some work for us after we experienced some flooding. They were very friendly and professional.
