In the latter part of July, we had a water problem caused by the upstairs tenant. We called Servpro for service. We immediately received an appointment and the service person was on time. I explained what happened and he told me step by step how he was going to resolve our issue. The mess was minimum and he cleaned up immediately after setting up his equipment. I called ServPro for an emergency roof repair recently and talked to a woman named Alison on the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful! Since it was closing time around the end of the day she advised that the soonest someone could arrive was the following day (which was expected). She told me she would work her hardest to squeeze me in an already-packed day with one of her estimators.
