The restoration took a while because they had only one guy doing 90% of the work, but it does look great. However, it has been brought to my attention that one of my subcontractors was not paid for some of his work by Servpro. I don’t know the reason but I don’t condone workers not being paid.

I had a very good experience with Servepro! After having fire damage to my home Dustin and Madeline came to clean my ducts. The were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use the service again. Thanks Servepro!!

We used serve pro for floor replacements after a water pipe burst. That meant backing out everything to pull up the old. Tracy and the remediation team were fast and thorough. The Packers were absolutely the BEST...Tressa took the lead and made sure 60+ years of memories were carefully packed and stored. 300 boxes of glassware and not a piece was broken...never even heard a tinkle of glass as they wrapped or when a box was moved.
