I highly recommend Servpro. The line to the hot water heater in my attic burst and water poured through the ceiling and walls while I was at work. Tracy and his guys were extremely thoughtful and professional. They worked with my schedule and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I highly recommend them.
The restoration took a while because they had only one guy doing 90% of the work, but it does look great. However, it has been brought to my attention that one of my subcontractors was not paid for some of his work by Servpro. I don’t know the reason but I don’t condone workers not being paid.
I can't say enough about the excellent service we received from SERVPRO! We had them clean two air ducts in our building, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and thorough. They explained the entire process clearly and made sure we were comfortable with every step.
