I have exclusively used Servpro NW for my carpet cleaning needs. The staff has always been punctual, friendly and professional. They have done an excellent job on my carpets.They pay attention to details and take pride in their work. I wouldn't use anybody else!
ServPro did a GREAT job cleaning my daughter's bedroom carpet. They were very professional and made sure I was completely satisfied. I especially loved how careful they were when moving her furniture and as well as cleaning around and under items. I will definitely continue to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs!
This is a former employee that was not happy when we let him go. I have contacted city search to take this down because this story is a complete fabrication.

The pack out t4eam of Connie, Julie and Teresa were wonderful. They were very helpful and supportive and got the job done efficiently. When they came back to help unpack, they offered support and encouragement in my attempts to get everything somewhat organized. They are a wonderful team!!!!
I called this company and asked about Mr. Gannon's complaint because it did concern me. However, Mr. Gannon called the day San Antonio had the biggest flood in its history. I was assured that they did everything to help Mr. Gannon. There was no one else in the city that was available and they did send an emergency crew at 10:45pm to his home. After this I decided that this was the company for me and they did an amazing job.
