This company is only getting one star from me because they told me when my insurance told me to call them that the insurance will cover them . And now they are asking me for 700$more than what the insurance gave them. Plus the person was very rude and disrespectful in the phone. I definitely would never recommend them to anyone.

I used SERVPRO for an issue that involved an overflowing toilet that did damage to flooring, ceiling and drywall. Servpro showed up immediately and took care of the issue and made it look as if nothing ever happened. It was like new. More than anything the staff was so nice and easy to work with. I will call them in the future for sure!
I have used ServPro of Northwest San Antonio a few times and each time they did an excellent job. They arrived on time, did a professional job and communicated any concerns to me in a timely manner. They have cleaned my carpets, cleaned my duct work (which, in my opinion, is worth doing anytime even if you don't have an emergency). I recommended them to my mother-in-law in New Braunfels and she was very flexible about when they came out.
