After the cold water supply line to our basement vanity failed and led to our brand new carpet and pad soaked, we got the leak fixed and then reached out to Servmate. We called them around lunchtime and Noah was at our house by 5 that evening. He had a solution for us within 15 minutes and they returned at 8 AM the next morning to do their thing.
