This has to be one of the WORST Customer Service I have ever had to deal with. They are completely rude and have no sympathy to a mistake they made. Supposedly we were due a refund for our Escrow Surplus from over paying in the previous year. Ok well I reviewed my account last month and it said check issued 5/23/17.... I waited for 2 1/2 weeks and no check ever came. I called and this lady said oh they were mailed out a week later so just give it a few more days. I gave it another week....nothing came. I have never talked to a more heartless, cold, and terrible person then the gentleman named Clinton in their collections department. My family of 4 has been through some extremely difficult times this year, we fell behind a couple times on our mortgage. When I called to pay the balance and explain our situation I waited 20 mins to talk to one person, was told they needed me to talk to collections, placed me on another hold for 14 mins, then I had the pleasure of speaking to Clinton. This company committed fraud and broke federal law. First, they would not accept a late payment and said our "investor" would not allow any payments short of bringing the loan up to date, even though this is no where in our contract. We contacted a housing counselor in our state, who said to send them a request for a meeting, which they must grant in person. They refused. Their website timed out and then posted my payment twice. Waiting 45 minutes now to speak with someone to fix it - totally unacceptable. After reading the other customer complaints I'm ending my relationship with this company as soon as possible.

The website cannot post payments twice. The user would have to initiate the payment twice. However if the borrower initiates two payments in error with the same effective dates, only one payment will actually apply . We have increased staff to reduce wait times. Where do I begin? I have had nothing but HORRIBLE experiences with this mortgage company. I purchased my home in April 2015. I purchased my home through a local mortgage company on an FHA loan; therefore my mortgage was sold to ServiSolutions. I made my first mortgage payment in June. Our mortgage was sold to these clowns and they didn't even cash the 1st check until 30 days later. Then came more problems with them. 1st "late payment fee" because they waited to cash another payment. And then a 2nd one because they again didn't want to cash the check when they got it. Then we paid 5 months at once and on the 6th month they went back to the "we'll cash your payment after the 15th to assess fees" crap. Well, low and behold - they have done it again!!! I recently purchased a home and then unfortunately a month later my loan was sold to this worthless company! They're "customer service" is deplorable & unorderly! They claim that you can make payments online, however the option is never available! In addition to that the ONLY form of payment that they except remotely is through a checking account!!! As modern as technology is!!! This is 2017!! I wouldn't recommend this place to dog!!! HORRIBLE company!!!!
Horrible company. I've had nothing but issues with them since they purchased my mortgage. And good luck trying to get ahold of them on the phone. Every time I've called, I've waited 45 minutes on hold without anyone answering. They still have my maiden name on file because I literally can't get ahold of them. They do not take emails, only faxes? Who the hell has access to a fax machine anymore? Terrible company! I did not choose to do business with them and now I'm stuck with them.
Servisol, customer service is EXTREMELY RUDE - very unhelpful. Their payment methods are out dated - they will consider your account past due even though they the mortgage payment SITTING in an "unapplied funds" account. Reporting your account to the credit bureau even though payments are submitted timely. If the amount owed is submitted in split payments, they will still consider your account late and assess late fees. ServiSolutions in accordance with the terms of the note require payments to be paid in full by the first of the month. We are unable to apply one half of the payment. We must have the complete mortgage payment . We do allow a grace period for the receipt of the mortgage payment . If the full payments are paid on or before the 16th, late charges will not apply.
