Bought a new house. Servisolutions purchased the mortgage. A year later recived letter saying my escroll is short $2100. So they jacked my payment up $300 because of their mistake. Last time I checked 2+2=4. How hard is it to factor these figures. I could understand a couple hundred. Not a couple thousand. They have no idea how their lack of care of people puts others in financial difficulties. Its like OOOPS!! MY BAD!! Looking for a refinance to get away from this company. My mortgage was bought by this company as soon as I got my home in June 2016 and I have no complaints. Every time that I have called I have always received excellent customer service. The agents have been courteous each time. I have been in contact with agent CF and he has been very helpful, giving me information that I didn't know about being this is my first home buying experience. I have read other reviews but I have had nothing but good experiences so far.

TL:DR; When you need to pay your mortgage, it is bad. When you have to do something more advanced on your account, it is WAY worse... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BORDERING ON THE UNETHICAL!!! The site is broken and will ROUTINELY lock your account even if you use your correct password. I've seen several other reviews that say they have even been late on payments because of this. It has almost happened to me a couple of times. The only way to get your account "unlocked" is to call in and have a representative perform a pass... read more

Really this has to be the worst company out there for customer service. We all deal with our phone,cable and car lenders and have some bad experiences but this company hands down is horrible. My loan also was sold to these people and it has been a nightmare from day 1. Forget trying to get anyone on the phone. If you do then they are extremely rude. My account gets locked online every month so I have send a request to unlock it only for it to lock again using my correct log-in info. Last time their system was down for 4 days... read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I am a first time home buyer and my loan was sold to ServiSolutions from a local vendor and I hate it! Whenever I call customer service I am on hold for about an hour each time only to get poor customer service when I finally am connected with someone!

Horrible Horrible Company. The customer service is a joke especially if you are in Washington state. When I have to call them it is a ridiculously long wait time to even get a person and when you finally do they are rude and unprofessional. They charge you fees with no explanation as to what they are and when you make a payment online they calculate your total payment amount for you and its not even correct. They withdrew and additional $100.00 from my account which was not included in the total payment they showed me. And w... read more

HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT MY LOAN IS HANDLED HERE, AND HAVE ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE IT TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER LENDER. IVE GOT NOWHERE. IVE BEEN STUCK WITH THEM FOR 3 YEARS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A COMPLETE JOKE. I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO NOT HAVE THEM AS MY LENDER ANYMORE.

Two years ago we bought our first home. we looked for a long time to find the lender we wanted. The day we signed, we learned that ServiSolutions purchased our loan. That was in July 2015. September 2015 our first payment was due. I called for 4 days trying to get ahold of someone for our loan information so i could make the payment. Finally i get a call back and they tell me to not worry about making the payment, they were behind on their new loans and would send a statement when they could. Eff-that!
