I've had several issues with SS since my loan was sold to them in early 2016. First, my account was getting locked monthly. This caused a few late fees on my end but I was always able to get back in after calling customer service - I figured it could have been issues with my password or something I did, but I see others have had this issue. This company is a total joke. They took a mortgage that was in both mine and my husband's names and someone changed it so that my husband was the only borrower. This made it impossible to manage issues with the mortgage when my husband took ill and was hospitalized. I'm not sure how this place stays in business but for the lack of financial regulation that allows outfits like this to remain open. I'd advise borrowers to be very wary when their mortgage broker invariably sells the debt to this type of place. Seriously, if you... read more

ServiSolutions sold this mortgage to ************* on behalf of **************************** on 10/01/2019. We have not been your mortgage servicer for more than a year. When ServiSolutions transferred your mortgage , the loan was transferred to ********, both in your name as borrower and your husband listed as co-borrower. It is apparent that you contact your current mortgage servicer with regards to any comments, concerns and or complaints. ServiSolutions does not service any loans for property located in the state of WA.

I can't believe this place is still in business. They are pure slime and the homeowner has no recourse. The only way to not sure them is to refinance with another lender. They play games and are completely unethical in the ways that they trap fees, etc. out of customers. Their online payment system either doesn't recognize the your login credentials or magically can't process your payment. My mortgage was sold to this company end of last month, i talked to customer support 3 different times was no help in how to get my payment set up, they also charge you to pay online and you have to setup a monthly drafting pay that way its free and you dont have to pay extra. I called customer support again to ask why they charge for the online pay and they told me to send payment through mail, bill pay, or draft and if i chose draft it would take 3 days there for it wouldnt come out on the 1st well i figured they were BSin... read more

Worst experience with a mortgage company in my life. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I would recommend going with ANYONE else. They have blatantly disregarded and outright ignored HUD's policies, and as a HUD mortgage servicer you would think they would know what those policies are. However they openly don't care. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I required to. This company is horrid. The wait time to talk to anyone is horrendous. I have literally waited on the phone for hours to talk to anyone (even while the stupide recording says my expect wait time 25 minutes...for the next 2 hours) I just can't express how disgusted I am with this company-they give you gross, trashy heeby jeeby predatory loan feels that make you feel like to you are being severly taken advantage of. I have nothing but NIGHTMARES with this company. I bought my house in Aug. of 2015 and it was sold immediately to this company. My bank sends the checks to them automatically every month since I have read a bunch of issues with their online payments. In July of 2018 I got a letter that my escrow was short, which is strange, because I have made payments on time every month so clearly a clerical error however, it happens. My mortgage loan was transferred to ServiSolutions this month, so this is my first payment to the company. Since the first of the month was a Saturday, and yesterday was a holiday, today is the first business day and I attempted to pay my mortgage. The online option to pay doesn't allow you to split payments, which is annoying for couples with different bank accounts and who split payments evenly.
