A company that really dedicate to their customers. Although the local body shop took a long time, but ServiceUp was excellent in communication and made the repair process as care free as possible. I thought I enjoyed my experience until multiple encounters of things not being fixed. After the theft that happened to my vehicle my car was returned and the door lock in the back wasn’t fixed or the AC so my car was returned the first time. I get it back and then I find mold all over the trunk and my car smells for weeks. I return it a second time and the mold still is there with my alternator not replaced after being told it would be. I call a third time and then no reply. I would never recommend this company to anyone. T... read more

I had very positive experience with ServiceUp. My car needed urgent repairs. They picked it up and returned it on the same day, while other places around were booked up at least several days in advance. Josh was super responsive, professional and friendly. Their prices may not be the cheapest but are still reasonable, especially considering the urgency.
