I went online searching for a part for my 3-Bowl Cabspa machine (Faby). The fact that Parts Guru had the specific schematics of the machine on their website with all parts labeled made it easy and took all of the guess work out of ordering. Order arrived in 2-days. Machine is up and running again!

I called with a problem with my Jura F9 brewing smaller and smaller quantities. The technician explained to me how to descale the espresso side of the machine. This fixed the problem! Free advise that worked and he didn't try to sell me anything, even though I asked about changing parts to fix the issue. Wonderful people!
