Coffee Happiness as a remote customer! Purchased a Royal One Touch and still get all my coffee here. I needed a burr grinder replacement on the machine from my constant use. Was able to buy the part, given excellent directions and able to replace it on my own. If you are not handy, you can ship and they service the machine. No other place is more expert or has better customer service. I have been a fan for 7 years and going strong!
The best. Amazing products, coffee and customer service. I started buying from here almost 15 years ago. Edward is incredible. He knows his machines and stands behind them. We absolutely love our Gamea Revo. If there are any issues, Edward walks me through the steps to fix them.
