I feel it is very important for me to warn you away from this company. They are extremely dishonest with very poor service. They push the Gamea Revo / Merol ME712 machine. I ordered the Merol ME712, I got a 3 year old Games Revo. Mine arrived defective. It took me months to get it repaired by them. I finally got it back in mid Feb. 3 month later, the heater wire has burned up. I contacted them and they told me how to repair and said they would send a new wire. DON NOT GO THROUGH. I ordered a portafilter with the promise of 3 day shipping. Weeks later being informed that it is on backorder for another month only after contacting them multiple times. They cancelled my order when I said they need to inform people of such things and I would like my shipping refunded but I still want the filter. They don’t care about the customer or your time.
Hi guys Edward is very knowledgable about Jura machines! We have a J5 which is eight years old and is working like new again with the help of Edward who patiently diagnosed our issues the best you can over the phone. I had peviously rebuilt the brewing mechanism and will again. With Edwards advice i changed the grinder and the wonderful flavors of our beans are back to original working condition.
