Sadly, our experience was not in line with Servicemaster's promises. After the initial cleaning, we noticed so many stains that they'd missed. While they redid some rooms, they refused to redo or credit for the rooms that quite clearly not properly cleaned either. When I initially contacted them about the lingering stains, they ignored me for almost 2 weeks and then claimed it was too far past the claim period for them to do anything about it. We feel really ripped off.
