Had a ft, of water in the basement. Called to get an estimate and he said he did not have man power enough to haul all that stuff out of the basement/ Since we are in mid seventies, I told him if we had to haul it all up we would just do the work. I am so happy with the work ServiceMaster of Newton did for me. I wanted some carpet and tile cleaned but also had a few extras on my list such as cleaning a very high ceiling fan. Kerry did a great job on everything!
My mom called to have an estimate done. Said they would be there the next day around 3:15 or so. They never showed up and never got back to ger. You call that service? I don't. She got her carpets cleaned by someone else and was very happy with it. Wouldn't recommend service master to anyone.
Service master was prompt and reliable when it came to clean up after our pipe burst in our bathroom!!! Kerry was great to work with and his crew was awesome! I highly recommend this company for any of your clean up needs!!!!
They did such a good job! He was only here about an hour and did about 360 sq ft and the total ended up being much less than what we were quoted. Got all of the stains out of our WHITE carpet! We very highly recommend ServiceMaster!
