Hi Chris and John: Your cleaners and movers finished up our renovation today and I wanted to thank you and the entire crew for a superb job! From the night time water leak 42 days ago, until the last box was loaded back in this afternoon, the many members of your Service Master crew and office staff (too many to name- but they know who they are ) were courteous, professional and very competent in each aspect of their part in the reno. I do NOT recommend this company! They were hired to remove all of our belongings from a garage fire. They were supposed to go through all items to figure out which items were salvageable. After a long 3 year battle with the insurance company we realized they weren't going to give us the amount of money we deserved for our things so we said we would settle if they would give us our belongings back that were salvageable. After having my floor up in my basement 2 months ago. I am just now finding out there is black mold. Thanks for the heads up ServiceMaster. You guys SUCK!
