Great company to help Restore your home after a water damage!
We had a water leak in our kitchen.We called Servicemaster to get an estimate.The project manager came to our home,looked it all over and gave us an estimate.The estimate included tearing up 65 square feet of floor and running a dehumidifier to take all the moisture out of the cement and the remaining floor.The workers showed up on the agreed day.They worked till 430 pm.They had removed a small portion of the floor and had the dehumidifier running.They said a supervisor would check in with us after 3 days.The next morning th... read more

I have used Servicemaster of Charleston last year and they were great. I used them again in February and they are under new management now and they were terrible. The two new managers came to our house in February and one of them came to our house toward the end of the five month project. I called one of the managers right at the beginning of the job and he chewed me out for asking him a question and told me to call the other manager which I did and he didn't know the answer to my question. My experience with this company was extremely frustrating today. We had a broken pipe pouring gallons of water through out our downstairs hardwood floors. The person who answered the phone repeated six times, " I just need to walk you through the process.........." I asked what the process was? What did he need to actually come and help? I had two inches of water I needed to deal with. I did not need to hear him say the same thing over and over. What he actually wanted was a credit card number. Excellent service. The representative explained the entire process and how to care for the carpet afterwards. The carpet is amazing - stains disappeared that I thought was not possible! I highly recommend ServiceMaster of Charleston!
