On Sunday Oct 6th, 2024, we had a small fire which caused water damage at our home. My insurance contacted service master’s and they came over to start the drying/mitigation process. At the first meeting with their technician, I signed 2 paperwork to initiate the work. The had blowers, and humidifiers set up in the home to start the drying process. After the initial inspection, it took 2.5 months to get a response from ServiceMaster. 10 phone calls with messages left by me and my insurance claims representative went unanswered. Finally, I got a response by emailing ServiceMaster and copying the owner. He said the job was "beyond my means", despite my $10,000 insurance coverage. The day before they arrived, they wanted $12, 000 down! Over $22,000 job?!!! I got the job done by another company for under $7000. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They're not even members of the BBB.

Steve & Will were very prompt, professional and personable. We had a water leak in a two year old bathroom with a lot of water damage. They made the demo decision a lot easier and seemed a lot smoother than anticipated. They are a great duo! I am glad we had both of them during this process. They are much appreciated from my husband and I. They went over and above cleaning up the area. Thank you, the Romers.
